CEO

Todd Meerdink joined Shady Lane, Inc. in 1993.  His leadership and vision continues to keep Shady Lane and its communities at the forefront of caring for the needs of the elder population of Manitowoc County. Community ownership and leadership are the key to the organization’s success for the past 60 years.

Theresa Patrick
Admissions Director

Theresa Patrick, the friendly voice in our commercials, serves as Admissions Director. Theresa and her department find the right living situation to assure an appropriate level of care by providing facility tours, answering questions, and assisting with paperwork to make the process as easy as possible for them.

Sue Quirt
Operations Administrator

Sue Quirt is the Administrator of Shady Lane, Inc. She oversees the day-to-day operations of Shady Lane, Inc. At Shady Lane, Inc., this position is not only supervisory but allows her to be actively involved with direct resident care.

Krysta Huibregtse
Human Resources Coordinator

A life-long Manitowoc resident, Krysta Huibregtse has an Associate Degree in Human Resource Administration, a Technical Diploma in Practical Nursing, and a Technical Diploma as a Health Unit Coordinator. Krysta is responsible for new employee orientation, benefits, maintenance of employee records, and other HR related tasks.

 

Margie Meyer
Director of Dietary Services

Margie Meyer believes in making the ordinary into special. Her years of experience and her own family recipes produce tasty and nutritious home-cooked meals. She holds a Dietary Manager designation from Northeast Technical College and coordinates the food service from menu planning to food preservation.

Deanne Weier
Director of Nursing

Deanne Weier, R. N. is Shady Lane, Inc.’s Director of Nursing. In addition to overseeing staff, she is responsible for quality assurance including infection prevention and staff education. She earned her degree at Lakeshore Technical College, and is a life-ling resident of Manitowoc.

Jessi Moffatt
Director of Environmental Services

Jessi Moffatt oversees the housekeeping, laundry, janitorial, maintenance staffs, and the gardeners who care for our beautiful gardens. She is the person in charge of comfort. She holds a RA certification from Lakeshore Technical College, is a Certified Environmental Services Executive and a Professional Education Credential through IEHA.

Kasandra Paider
Chief Financial Officer

Kasandra Paider, our Chief Financial Officer, is a CPA and a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay with a Bachelor of Business of Business Administration with a double major in Accounting and Business Administration emphasis in finance. She is a life-long resident of Manitowoc County.
