Shady Lane’s rehab recognizes that everyone has different needs, recuperate at different rates, and approach recovery in a very personal manner. The therapy team offers physical, speech, occupational therapy, and much more.
Shady Lane’s rehab is the support you need with the amenities you want. We strive for excellence here and have a 5– Star rating from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) for annual health inspections, staffing ratios, and quality measures.
Our rehabilitation facility is in a separate wing on the Shady Lane campus. Each unit offers 400 sq. ft. of living space with all the comforts of home. Each room features a clean and modern look, fully furnished with a kitchenette, television, wireless internet, notable views, and plenty of room for friends and family to visit.
Dr. Kirk Dimitris, M.D
Dr. Dimitris, a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon for Lakeshore Orthopedic, is Shady Lane’s Orthopedic Program Consultant. He specializes in the comprehensive treatment of hip and knee arthritis, including both conservative and surgical care.
Dr. Dimitris comes to Shady Lane four times a year to conduct presentations where you can have your questions answered about knee or hip replacement.
HFM Shady Lane Clinic
The HFM Shady Lane Clinic, offered through Holy Family Memorial, is conveniently located and accessible to the general public and residents. Dr. Cheryl Pitre provides a full range of primary and preventive services. Clinic hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, & Friday 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Call 920-320-2436 to schedule your appointment.
Devoted & Experienced Therapists
Because the client-therapist relationship is important to a continuity of care, the added advantage for our Rehab clients is the ability to continue working with their therapist after they leave Shady Lane’s Rehab.
